Accident handling suggestions:

After the power failure, the electrode is raised, the screen is removed, the deposited iron is cut off by gas cutting, and the pierced contact element and the bottom ring are replaced. Then press the burnt electrode below the bottom ring and seal it.

After the insulation and other work, check the power supply. After the power is supplied, the phase ratio of the burned electrode is lowered to accelerate the consumption of the electrode.
