①The quality of the electrode paste paste, the index of the electrode paste paste and the furnace type do not match, the volatile content of the electrode paste is too low, and the softening point is too low, causing the electrode paste to sinter too fast, causing the electrode paste to burn; the ash content of the electrode paste is too low, and the electrode paste consumption is slow. The sintering speed is fast, causing the electrode paste to burn.

②The electrode paste is too long, and the electrode paste is not pressed and discharged for a long time, and the electrode paste stays in the conductive clamp (copper tile) for too long, which will cause the electrode paste to burn.
