1. The masonry of high aluminum bricks in the furnace bottom and furnace wall shall be constructed in accordance with the gray joints with the standard of grade I < 1mm in the technical requirements of refractory brick masonry construction, and the dry masonry layer of high aluminum bricks shall be full of mud. Each layer of bricks should be built before the brick surface has been cleaned.  When the bricklaying is interrupted or the bricks are removed, the stepped cha shall be left.  The height difference between adjacent walls shall not exceed 1.2m. Mallet or rubber mallet shall be used to strike and align the masonry, and hammer shall not be used to knock the brick.

2. The horizontal seam thickness of carbon brick is about 20mm. If west seam masonry is adopted, or self-baking charcoal bricks, cold ramming and pasting furnace construction technology is adopted, the furnace construction shall pay attention to the product instructions and be carried out according to the relevant furnace construction technical requirements.

3. Carbon brick lining with cold paste or electrode paste as binder should be heated by small fire. electrode paste heating melting temperature is generally controlled at 180^ 190°C, each time into the brick joint height of 80^ 100mm, with pneumatic pick hammer tamping, make the compaction height is 40% *50% of the original height.  The vertical joints of the upper and lower layers of carbon bricks at the bottom of the furnace form a vertical cross state in space. The two layers of carbon bricks at the inside and outside of the furnace wall are all made of vertical bricks with a width of about 40mm. The cracks between them and the carbon bricks at the bottom of the furnace should be staggered and blocked by wood to prevent the electrode paste from flowing and forming pores, so as to ensure the construction quality.

Summary: phosphorous electric furnace is the heart of yellow phosphorous equipment, it must be carefully operated, standardized operation, reasonable allocation of Raw material ingredient addition ratio, control coke particle size, strict lining refractory construction quality and refractory procurement standards, in order to prolong the service life of furnace lining.
