Cathodic Paste Instruction

A, fried paste procedure:

1, remove all sundries or leftover materials in the pot.

2. Preheat the pan for 30-40 minutes to reach a temperature above 70 degrees Celsius.

3, put the paste into the pot for heating, stirring every 5-10 minutes, so that the paste evenly heated, about 20-35 minutes, so that the temperature of the paste reached 120-140 degrees Celsius.

4, fried paste immediately out of the pot, and paste placed in a storage device with thermal insulation facilities. Cover well with a quilt to keep the batter warm.

B, the paste program:

1, cathode carbon block and cathode steel bar assembly, the cathode carbon block must be preheated. The preheating temperature of carbon block groove is required to be about 100 degrees Celsius, and the dust in the groove is blown clean with compressed air before assembly.

8. In the process of solidifying the paste, ensure that the temperature of the paste shall not be less than 100 degrees Celsius, and the temperature difference between the layers of the paste shall not exceed 5 degrees Celsius, and it is strictly prohibited to mix impurities.

Three, paste storage:

1, paste should be stored in a clean and tidy roof warehouse, to prevent exposure to the sun, rain, moisture, extrusion.

2, the remaining paste during the operation, without mixing any impurities, can be used twice, but it is best to use with a new paste (with one).

3. The shelf life of paste is generally 5-8 months under normal storage.
